California Department of Education staff will discuss the relationship between the California English Language Development Standards (CA ELD Standards) and the California state standards for English language arts, math, and science, and provide insight into how the CA ELD Standards can be used to support language and subject content area learning for English learners through designated and integrated ELD instruction.
