Amy L. Boles works in the Oak Grove School District as the Assistant Superintendent of  Educational Services. She is an educator with over twenty-six years of experience in education. She has been honored to serve the Oak Grove School District for the past twenty-four years where she has worked as a classroom teacher, instructional coach, assistant principal, principal, Director of Curriculum and Instruction and currently as the Assistant Superintendent. As the principal at Parkview Elementary School, she successfully implemented the SEAL model in all grades TK-3 and has continued to support the model district-wide in her roles in Educational Services.  She was the Project Director of the Bilingual Teacher Professional Development Project (BTPDP) which organized a consortium of 10 districts providing stewardship to $650,000 in service of growing a bilingual teacher pipeline in California.

Throughout her educational career, Ms. Boles understands that establishing and cultivating relationships with school community members is very important. Ms. Boles' educational experiences have afforded her the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse group of people to meet the common goal of increasing student achievement and well-being. Her educational mission is to be in collaborative service to her community--pursuing just, growth-minded and nurturing public education for all students where achievement is not predetermined by race, income, language, belief or citizenship.
