In my research, teaching, and practice, I engage with issues of linguistic access, educational opportunities, and teacher preparation from a critical policy ethnography stance. Additionally, I am an ELL activist with Californians Together and I regularly support and advise districts and dual immersion programs on design and implementational issues pertaining to multilingualism.
