Samuel Rodriguez was born in the Dominican Republic and raised in Queens, NY. He graduated from Brooklyn Technical HS and moved to Buffalo, NY to attend college. Dr. Rodriguez is an alumnus of D’Youville College and the State University College at Buffalo. He completed the doctoral program in Special Education at SUNY @Buffalo. Dr. Rodriguez has been principal in urban elementary and high schools for 14 years. Sam has served an adjunct professor at SUC @Buffalo and CUNY @Queens, NY. Sam is the proud father of two young men, Elias and Lucas.
