Victor A. Portillo works as a Program Specialist in the English Learner Programs Department in San Bernardino City Unified School District. He coaches TK-6th grade teachers in meeting the needs of English Learner students and creates/provides professional development to teachers, administrators and other support staff. Victor has also worked at a school site as a Program Facilitator, providing student intervention and administrative support.
